HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be emailed to your provided email address. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Our exchange policy applies only in the following cases:
Different Size: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow our return process. Once we receive the original item in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact—we will process the exchange. If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.
Faulty Items: If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. You will need to follow the same return process, and once we confirm the issue, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as store credit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your spam folder. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
