PROCESS & HANDING TIME
Once you've placed your order, our dedicated team immediately begins processing and preparing your items for shipment. Typically, orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, we thoroughly inspect each item to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

SHIPPING METHOD
We offer standard shipping for all orders within Australia. Currently, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. While we understand the desire for quick delivery, we prioritize the safety and efficiency of our shipping process to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 4-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays. We continually monitor the progress of your shipment to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also offer shipping to select countries outside of Australia. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on customs policies and potential fees.

Orders over $1000 NZD will be subject to customs & import duties which are pre-calculated upon checkout.

Refund Policy

At Suna Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Return Request: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must accompany the return.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Swimwear that has been worn or used, or is not in its original packaging.
  • Change-of-mind purchases.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Following the below link to contact our lovely Suna Team to assist with your return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PROCESSING REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be emailed to your provided email address. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Our exchange policy applies only in the following cases: 

Different Size: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow our return process. Once we receive the original item in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact—we will process the exchange. If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. You will need to follow the same return process, and once we confirm the issue, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as store credit.

For both scenarios, please initiate the exchange by contacting our customer service team via our Contact Us page. We’re here to help make sure you get the perfect fit or a replacement if something isn't right.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS
